Purpose: |
Training CD- ROMs for Sun Sales Engineers. Volume 1 introduced the Solaris 2.6 OS which had over 100 new features. Many animations and graphics were used to illustrate each feature. Simulations of the installation and configuration procedures were also provided. In Volumes 2, 3 & 4 video scenarios were created which showed the user what questions would be best to ask the potential customer, what responses they might expect and what recommendations to make. At the end of the scenarios a test was provided to check the user's understanding. |
